Executry Loan Accounts
Executry Loans are available to enable inheritance tax to be paid on the deceased's estate.

Executry and Trust Accounts
Funds are collected and held by the Solicitor on behalf of their client, pending disbursement. Our service has Law Society approval.

The features of these accounts are:-

• An individual account for each client
• Interest bearing account
• Your firm may chose to receive commission, payable every six months, on the average credit balance held in trust accounts
• All accounts are issued with a monthly statement
